Extreme Kids & Crew's First Ever Kid Gala on Sep. 26

Rosey, Miranda and Happy invite you to Extreme Kids & Crew's inaugural kid gala!

Calling all kids: put on your best square dancing outfit--or whatever you wish to wear--and come on down!  The Downhill Strugglers will play and Alex Kramer will call the dance. This is not a drop off event. 

This is a fundraiser. Affordably priced tickets ($25) can be purchased by clicking here. Adults can hang out in the bar area or dance if the kids will let us. All proceeds to benefit Extreme Kids & Crew's arts and play programming.

Special Day for Special Kids at the NY Transit Museum 9/13

Children with disabilities and their families can come to the Museum an hour before it opens to the public. Free admission, fun activities about transit and a quiet room are offered. All ages welcome. Registration required.

CAP Open Play Closed 9/05 and 9/12

We will commence our early-childhood Open Play programming September 19th. See you there!

AMP Space closed 5/30 and 5/31

Due to construction in PS 15, AMP Space will be closed May 30th and 31st. As a result, there will be no Open Play this weekend!

Extreme Kids & Crew Presents the Wonderland Gala 2015

We are pleased as punch to present our annual celebration -- The Wonderland Gala! 

If you were at the May Soiree last year, you know we throw a great party. And if you are part of our Extreme family, you know it's all for an extremely good cause. This year we are raising much needed funds to expand. We're busting at the seams so it's time grow!

Please support our campaign A BALL PIT IN EVERY BOROUGH. It's time to open up shop to families in need beyond Brooklyn. Won't you help us provide a Space To Be in and around NYC?

Wheelchair Action Painting Workshop!

This April 11th from 1pm to 3pm, Extreme Kids & Crew's Mostly Monthly Music & Art event will be held at the Brooklyn Friends School. We are so excited to wheel through paint and make our own personal creations! If you don't have a wheelchair, don't worry. You can also make art with scooters, walkers and skateboards. the possibilities are endless, the results are beautiful.

Music will be provided by Wolf & Cantrelle.

WHEN:  April 11, 2015 1pm to 3pm
WHERE: Brooklyn Friends School, 375 Pearl St., Lower Gymnasium (near to the wheelchair accessible Borough Hall and Jay Street subway stations (2,3,4,5,A,C,F)

Bike Clinic with Parks Rescheduled!

Oh, the weather this winter!  Mother nature seems to care little about our plans... That said we will not be thwarted!  The Bike Clinic that was canceled on Feb. 22nd has been rescheduled for March 8th!
