Does your child love animals?

From furry friends to scaly creatures, families will connect with animals in a fun and supportive environment.

• All ages and abilities are welcome!

Join The Crew and The Nature Company for an exciting, interactive hands-on program featuring live animals and engaging activities led by wildlife educators in a fun and supportive environment.

Together, your family will:

• Meet furry friends and scaly creatures up close.

• Learn about different species, their habitats, and what makes each animal unique.

• Be encouraged to ask questions, participate, and connect with the animals.

This gathering is all about curiosity, exploration, and shared experiences.

Whether your child already loves animals or is just beginning to explore the wonders of nature, this program offers a meaningful opportunity for families to learn and engage together in a welcoming, close-knit setting.

Discover EKC Family Gatherings at the Brooklyn Children’s Museum!

Join us for an afternoon of creativity & sensory play centering neurodivergent kids.

We curate inclusive, creative, and JOYFUL experiences. Connect with other families in a welcoming, judgment-free environment. Together, we’re fostering a supportive community where everyone belongs.

Here’s what’s in store for you:

Museum Exploration: From 4 pm to 5 pm, families can explore the Brooklyn Children’s Museum at their own pace.

Family Gathering: From 5 to 6 p.m. families gather to enjoy a facilitated family activity.
