Wheelchair Action Painting Workshop!

This April 11th from 1pm to 3pm, Extreme Kids & Crew's Mostly Monthly Music & Art event will be held at the Brooklyn Friends School. We are so excited to wheel through paint and make our own personal creations! If you don't have a wheelchair, don't worry. You can also make art with scooters, walkers and skateboards. the possibilities are endless, the results are beautiful.

Music will be provided by Wolf & Cantrelle.

Bike Clinic with Parks Rescheduled!

Oh, the weather this winter!  Mother nature seems to care little about our plans... That said we will not be thwarted!  The Bike Clinic that was canceled on Feb. 22nd has been rescheduled for March 8th! RSVP for both session 1 (March 8) and session 2 (March 15) at rsvp@extremekidsandcrew.org. Tell us your name and contact information, your child's name and diagnosis.

February 22 Bike Clinic Cancelled due to Weather

Because of the forecast for snow and extremely low temperatures, this weekend's All ABILITIES Bike Clinic will be cancelled. Stay tuned for a make-up date and stay warm in the mean time!

While our class schedule will not run the weekend of Feb 21st, our open play schedule on Feb 22nd will run as scheduled. 

Feb. 21st-- No Music for Aardvarks class
Feb. 21st-- No Zumba Party class
Feb. 22nd-- No MusicWorks class

Feb. 22nd-- 12 pm to 2 pm Open Play session 1 will take place.
Feb. 22nd-- 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm Open Play session 2 will take place.

All Abilities Bike Riding Clinic

Come out to practice your cycling skills with Extreme Kids & Crew and NYC Parks and Recreation! This event is free, but registration is required. Email rsvp@extremekidsandcrew.org to reserve your spot.

Sunday Sessions: Feb. 22 and Mar. 8 at the Red Hook Recreation Center on 155 Bay Street in Red Hook, Brooklyn, 10 am to 1 pm.

Saturday Sessions: May 2 and May 9 at our CAP House location in the Crispus Attucks Playground (upstairs in the basketball court area), Fulton Street and Classon Street, 10 am to 1 pm.

Winter Break... WE'RE HERE!

Our AMP Space in Red Hook, Brooklyn (our space within P.S. 15) will be open during the winter break.  PHEW!  Join us on Tuesday Feb. 17, Wednesday Feb. 18 and/or Thursday Feb. 19 from 10 am to 2 pm for open play. The cost for open play is $10 for the first child, $5 for each additional sibling.  Members receive 10 free open play sessions upon membership registration. 

Extreme Kids & Crew Open On Sunday

While Sunday we partner with the Transit Museum to present Special Day for Special Kids, Extreme Kids & Crew's AMP Space will remain open!  Jesse Neuman's MusicWorks' class will run as scheduled, as will the following OPEN PLAY sessions.  Session 1 runs 12pm to 2pm and Session 2 runs 2:30pm to 4:30pm.
