Red Hook | Brooklyn

Red Hook Space is perfect for children of all ages. Open Play on Sundays allows kids and parents to explore in a free form fashion on equipment normally reserved for therapy. Once-a-month music and art events are held here, as well as a variety of classes and hosted programs in movement, music, and art.

Open Play, Sundays from 1pm to 4pm

Open Play is free but everyone must complete a waiver and membership form, found here.

You do not need to make an appointment for Open Play.

Our play spaces are inspired by children with disabilities. They are gathering places and labs where parents and kids can play and experiment with a trove of therapeutic toys and equipment on their own or with other families. We are not a service provider.

A wheelchair accessible entrance is on Wolcott Street. Please call the office to unlock the door.
